The purpose of the United Jack Russell Terrier
Council of America is to provide a social, educational and community service platform for pure bred dog enthusiasts.
The club interests include and are not limited to showmanship; animal health, welfare and legislation; responsible dog breeding and to promote honor, trust and respect in the relationship between dogs and their guardians.
